Publication: Determination of Postnatal Support Needs and Support Levels of Migrant Women
Abstract
Amaç: Göçmen Kadınların Doğum Sonrası Destek İhtiyaçlarının ve Alınan Destek Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Bu araştırmanın evreni Hitit Üniversitesi Erol Olçok Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Doğum Servisindeki göçmen loğusa kadınlar ile sınırlıdır. Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Doğum Sonrası Destek Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Göçmen kadınların İlkokul mezunları ASDÖ puan ortalaması 35.1±42.5 iken, yüksekokul mezunu göçmen annelerin ASDÖ puan ortalaması 123±67,3 bulunmuştur. Göçmen kadınların aylık gelir durumu %84.2 oranında düşük bulunurken; aylık gelir durumu yüksek olan göçmen kadınların İSDÖ puan ortalaması 139.3±54,7 iken aylık gelir durumu düşük olan göçmen kadınların İSDÖ puan ortalaması 106.9±56,1 bulunmuştur.Göçmen kadınların %52.5'i görücü usulü ile evlenmiş ve %60'ı çekirdek aile tipinde yaşamaktadır. Göçmen kadınların ilk gebelik yaş ortalaması 20±3,7 bulunmuştur. Göçmen kadınların ihtiyaç duydukları en yüksek destek biçimi 33.46±17.53 ortalama ile duygusal destek olup; aldıkları en yüksek destek biçimi 16.18±16.41 ile bilgi desteği olmuştur. Yaşamını değerlendiren göçmen kadınların aldıkları sosyal destek ortalaması çok mutlu olanlarda 66.4±53.7 bulunurken; çok mutsuz olarak değerlendiren kadınlarda 5±9.1 bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Göçmenlerin yaşamları değerlendirildikten sonra ihtiyaç duydukları destek düzeyleri tekrar incelenmelidir. Nelere ihtiyaç duydukları konusunda bilinçlendirilmeli ve bu konuların önemi gözetilmelidir. Yaşam mücadelesinden henüz çıkmış, yeni doğum yapmış olmanın özelliklerini taşıyan göçmen kadınların farkındalık seviyelerini artırmak ve ihtiyaç duydukları sosyal destek düzeyleri ve alınan destek düzeyleri, travmalarını atlattıktan sonra tekrar incelenmelidir. The meanage of first pregnancy of immigrant women was 20±3.7. The highest form of support needed by migrant women was emotional support with an average of 33.46±17.53; The highest form of support they received was information support with 16.18±16.41. The average social support received by immigrant women who evaluated their lives was 66.4±53.7 for those who were very happy; 5 ± 9.1 in women who were considered very unhappy. Conclusion:After evaluating the lives of migrants, the level of support they need should be re-examined. They should be made aware of what they need and the importance of the seissues should be considered. To increase the aware ness level of migrant women who have just passed out of the struggle for life and have the characteristics of having a new birth, the social support levels they need and the support levels they need should be re-examined after surviving their traumas.
