İbn Hazm'ın El-muhallâ Adlı Eserinde Ahmed B. Hanbel'e Ait Görüşlerin Tahkiki (İbadetler Örneği)

Abstract

Çalışmamızda İbn Hazm'ın el-Muhallâ adlı eserinde Ahmed b. Hanbel'e isnad edilen ibadet bahsindeki konuları tahkik etmeye çalıştık. Tezimizde 92 tane görüş ele alınmış olup, bunların 7 tanesi yanlış olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu hatalar Taharet, Namaz, Oruç, Kurban v.b konularda tespit edilmiştir. Yanlış sayısının bu sayıda olmasının sebeplerinden biri İbn Hazm zamanında Hanbelî mezhebinin Endülüs'te bilinmiyor olması ve Ahmed b. Hanbel'in bir mezhep imamından çok bir muhaddis olarak tanınıyor olmasıdır. İncelemesini yaptığımız görüşler Hanbelî mezhebinin meşhur kitaplarından araştırılmıştır. Başlıca referans kaynağı İbn-i Kudame'nin el-Muğni adlı eseridir. Bu çalışmadan yola çıkarak her eserin tahkike ihtiyacı olduğu kanaatine varmaktayız.

In our work, we have tried to analyse the subjects of worship referred to Ahmed b. Hanbal in the work of Ibn Hazm'al-Muhallâ'. In our thesis, 92 views were considered, of which 7 were incorrectly identified. These mistakes were found in the fields of lustration, prayer, fasting and sacrifice. One of the reasons why the wrong number is as such is that the Hanbalî school was unknown in Andalusia during the time of Ibn Hazm and Ahmad b. Hanbal was known as a muhaddis rather than an imam of a school.In our research, were lied on the famous boks of the Hanbalî school. However, our main reference was the work of Ibn Qudamah'al-Mughnî'. Through this work we found out that every work needs to be analysed.
