Samsun'un Vezirköprü İlçesinde Kızılcık'ın (Cornus Mas L.) Seleksiyon Yoluyla Islahı Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Vezirköprü'de doğal olarak yetişen Kızıl cık (Cornus mas L. ) tiplerinin yetişme durumları ve bazı fenolojik, morfolojik ve pomoiojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu özelliklere göre tiplerin tanıtılmaları ve üstün özellik gösterenlerin selekte edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. ilçe dahilinde, gözlem ve soruşturmalara dayanarak çalışmalar 28 Kızılcık tipi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular aşağıda özet halinde verilmiştir. 1. üzerinde çalışılan tiplerin C vitamini (Ascorbic a- sit) içerikleri 130.94-1523.10 mg/lt (55 VK 27 ve 55 VK 21 j arasında değişim göstermiştir. 2. Meyve suyu içerikleri %6. 67-77. 14 (55 VK 25 ve 55 VK 08) arasında kalmıştır. 3. Asit (malik) içerikleri $0.13-3.91 ( 55 VK 22 ve 55 VK 08) arasında değişim göstermiştir. 4. SÇKM(%) içerikleri %7. 8-24.0 (55 VK 22, 55 VK 25 ve 55 VK 18) arasında değişmiştir. 5. Meyvelerdeki Su içeriği %59. 10-80.60 (55 VK 12 ve 55 VK 09) arasında değişim gösterdiği saptanmıştır. 6. Tiplerin meyve ağırlıkları ve çekirdek ağırlıkları sırasıyla 32-116 g (55 VK 08 ve 55 VK 28) ve 7-36 g (55 VK 02, 55 VK 08, 55 VK 09 ve 55 VK 27) değerleri arasında değişmiştir. 7. Tiplerin meyve eni 9.94-13.77 mm (55 VK 09 ve 55 VK 04), meyve boyu 13.90-20.37 mm (55 VK 22 ve 55 VK 27) ve mey- ?ve eti kalınlıkları 1.75-3.85 mm (55 VK 18 ve 55 VK 12) de- ger l er i arasında değişmiştir. 8. Kızılcık tiplerinin meyve suyu ve reçel teknolojisine uygunlukları değerlendirilmiştir. Buna göre 1991 yılı çalışmalarında 17 tip, 1992 yılı çalışmalarında ise 7 tip meyve suyu teknolojisine uygun tipler olarak seçilmişlerdir. Reçel teknolojisi için yapılan değerlendirmede, 1991 yılında 22 tip,. 1.992 yılında ise 5 tip uygun bulunmuştur. 1991 yılı çalışmalarında 55 VK 05, 55 VK 13, 55 VK 12, 55 VK 26, 55 VK 28, 55 VK 14, 55 VK 08, 55 VK 10, 55 VK 06, 55 VK 01, 55 VK 27, 55 VK 07, 55 VK 15, 55 VK 16, 55 VK 21, 55 VK 18 ve 55 VK 19 no'lu tipler hem meyve suyu hem reçel teknolojisi yönün den uygun bulunmuştur. 1992 yılı çalışmalarında ise 55 VK 05.. 55 VK 27, 55 VK 04, 55 VK 11, 55 VK 12, 55 VK 23 ve 55 VK 26 no'lu tipler hem meyve suyu serada reçel teknolojisine uygun 1 uk göstermiş l erdir.

In this study, some pomological, morphological and pheno- gical characteristics and growing habitats of cornelian cher- T (Cornus mas L.) types grown in natural flora of SAMSUN Ve zirköprü province were examined. It was aimed to introduce the types according to these characteristics and to select the best types.The results can be summarized as follows. 1. The vitarnin-C contents were found between 130.94- 1523.10 mg/1 ( 55 VK 27 ve 55 VK 21). 2. The fruit juice contents were found between 6.67- 77.14 % (55 VK 25 ve 55 VK 08). 3. The acid (malic) contents were found between 0.13- 3.91 % (55 VK 22 and 55 VK 08). 4. The TSS contents were found between 7.8-24.0 % (55 VK 22, 55 VK 25 and 55 VK 18). 5. The water contents were found between 59.1-80.6 % (55 VK 12 and 55 VK 09). 6. The fruit and stone weights were found between 32-116 g (55 VK 08 and 55 VK 28) and 7-36g (55 VK 02. 55 VK 08, 55 VK 09 and 55 VK 27) respective 1 ly. 7. The fruit height, width and the flesh tickness were found between 9.94-13.77 mm (55 VK 09 and 55 VK 04), 13.90- 20.37mm (55 VK 22 and 55 VK 27) and 1.75-3.65 runt (55 VK 18 and 55 VK 12) respectively. 8. The types were evaluated from the point of view the industry of the fruit juice and jar. For this purpose, the 17 types in 1991 and the 7 types in 1992 were selected aa tdvu rable to the fruit juice technology. The 22 types in 1991 and the 5 types in 1992 were found as the best types fur the jdi industry. In the study year of 1991, the types of 55 VK o5, 55 VK 13, 55 VK 12, 55 VK 26, 55 VK 28, 55 VK 16, 5b VK 21, 55 VK 14, 55 VK 08, 55 VK 10, 55 VK 06, 55 VK 01, 55 VK 27, - 55 VK 07, 55 VK 15, 55 VK 18 and 55 VK ly were found suitably to both the fruit juice and jar technology. In the study year of 1992, the types of 55 VK 05, 55 VK 11, 55 VK 12, 55 VK 27, 55 VK 04, 55 VK 23 and 55 VK 26 were found suitable to both the fruit juice and jar technology.
