Spondiloartritli Hastalarda Nöropatik Ağrı; Yorgunluk, Uyku ve Yaşam Kalitesi Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Nöropatik ağrı, somatosensoriyel sistemi etkileyen bir lezyon veya hastalıkların doğrudan bir sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan ağrı olarak tanımlanır. Bel ağrısı, nosiseptif, nöropatik veya karışık komponentlere sahiptir. İnflamatuvar bel ağrısı, spondiloartritlerin (SpA) sınıflandırılması için temel klinik kriterlerden biridir. İnflamatuar bozukluklarda nöropatik ağrının genel prevalansı için kesin veri yoktur. Bu çalışmada, SpA'lı hastalarda nöropatik bir bileşen olup olmadığını ve hastalık aktivitesi, klinik bulgular, yorgunluk, uyku kalitesi ve yaşam kalitesi ile ilişkisini saptamayı amaçladık.

There are no accurate data for the overall prevalence of neuropathic pain in the inflammatory disorders. In the present study we aimed to determine whether there is a neuropathic component in SpA and also to determine the relationship with disease activity, clinical findings, fatigue, sleep quality and quality of life.
