dc.description.abstractThirty newborn with sepsis whose gestational ages were variying from 33 weeks to 41 weeks and 30 healty newborn who had not perinatal risk factors were enrolled in study to investigate the levels of C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α, and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and the effect of therapy on them. As a result of the study it is determined that the levels of C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α, and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 were increased. They were decreased to normal levels by therapy.en_US
