Abstract
Üretilen moment (tork), aracın kalitesini gösteren en önemli özelliklerinden biridir.Momentin büyüklügü kadar, üretildigi devir de önemlidir. Zamanla ve kullanımla araca ait budegerler degisebilir ve ölçülmesi istenebilir. Bu çalısmada motorlu araçların, motorperformansını ölçen bir sistem gerçeklestirilmistir. Türkiye'de böyle bir makine daha önceimal edilmemistir. thal edilenler ise oldukça pahalıdır.Gerçeklestirilen bu sistemde asıl hedef, motorun ürettigi momentin ölçülmesidir.Sistem elektronik, bilgisayar, yazılım ve mekanik kısımlardan olusmustur ancak, mekanikkısımların imalat detaylarına inilmemistir.Motorun ürettigi momentin hesabı, aracın hızlanması sırasında olusan ivmeden yolaçıkılarak yapılmıstır. Aracın hareket eden tekerleri silindirler üzerine çıkartılır ve butekerlerdeki hareket silindirlere aktarılır. Bir kodlayıcı (encoder) kullanılarak, silindirlerindevri, sayıcı yongalarla sayılır. Sayma süresi için zamanı PIC mikrodenetleyicisi belirler veher sayma süresi sonunda okudugu bu degerleri isleyerek seri arayüz üzerinden bilgisayaragönderir.Delphi ile yazılan bilgisayar programı sayesinde, seri arayüzden gelen silindir devrineait veri alınarak islenmistir. Silindirlerin devir sayısından ve yarıçapından yola çıkılarak, aracaait hız, ivme ve moment degerleri elde edilmistir.Bu veriler elde edildikten sonra zamana, hıza ve devire göre, ihtiyaç duyulan tümgrafikler çizdirilmistir. Bu grafikler, istenildiginde detayları gösterebilecek sekildebüyütülebilir ve yazıcıdan çıktısı alınabilir. Böylece araçların motor performanslarını ölçen vehareket organlarındaki kayıpları bulan bir sistem imal edilmistir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Dinamometre, PIC, takometre, moment
One of the most characteristics features which shows the quality of the vehicle is thegenerated torque. The round per minute that generates torque is important as well as the scaleof torque. By time and usage, these values of vehicle can vary and required to be measuredagain. In this study, a system which measures the motor performances of vehicles is realized.Such kind of machine is not built in Turkey yet. On the other hand, the import ones areextremely expensive.The aim of this system is to measure the torque generated by the motor. The system iscomposed of electronic, computer, software and mechanical components; however theproduction details of mechanical parts are not examined.The measurement of the torque generated by the motor is made by the accelerationwhich occurs by the velocity of the vehicle. The moving tires are placed on the cylinder andthe movement of these tires is transferred to the cylinder. By using an encoder, the round perminute of these cylinders is counted by counter chips. The required time for counting periodis determined by PIC microcontroller and at the end of each counting period; the valuesdetermined are processed and sent to the computer by serial ports.With the software written under Delphi, the data related to cylinder round per minutereceived by serial port is obtained. By using the number of round per minutes and radius ofcylinders, the velocity, acceleration and torque (momentum) values are gathered.After gathering these data, relating to time, velocity and round per minute, all therequired graphics are drawn. These graphics can be enlarged in order to show the details andprinted. Therefore a system that measures the motor performances of vehicles and that findsthe losses on the movement parts is manufactured.Key words : Dynamometer, PIC, tachometer, torque
