Abstract

Orientalist studies, which can be described as an effort to understand the eastern view of all areas of life, often as desired to look east through the eyes of the self west, as in all branches of Islamic sciences, it is seriously involved in the field of Quran sciences and history. The work called "According to Orientalists the Source of Quran and its Textualization" which will be studied in the direction of orientalist mind world, was penned by Naif Yaş ar. The work, which critically evaluates the views of some well-known orientalist about the source of the Quran and especially the textualization process, draws attention especially with its references to primary sources.
