Rosai-Dorfman Disease

Abstract

Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy or Rosai-Dorfman disease is an uncommon disease characterized by benign proliferation of histiocytes, with painless lymph node enlargement and frequent extranodal disease. We report a case of Rosai-Dorfman of adult female. Rosai-Dorfman disease is a rare presentation as can be seen from a review of all literature. The presentation, differential diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
