Cuma Hutbeleri Bağlamında Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın Tasavvuf Algısı (1980-2017)

Abstract

Bu çalışma Türkiye'de din işlerini yürütmek ile görevli Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın din algısında tasavvuf geleneğinin yerini tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaca ulaşabilmek için Diyanet'in irşad faaliyetlerinin en önemlilerinden olan Cuma hutbeleri incelenme konusu olarak belirlenmiş ve 1980-2017 yılları arasındaki tüm hutbeler incelenerek tasavvufa dair kavram, eser, şahıs ve muhteva analizi yapılmıştır. Diyanet'in din algısında nasıl bir tasavvuf düşüncesi olduğunu tespit etme noktasında; hutbelerde ele alınan tasavvufî içeriğin nasıl doldurulduğu, tasavvuf ve tarikatlara dair eleştirel bir bakış olup olmadığı, halka sunulan hutbelerde şekilci bir söylem mi yoksa öze inen bir tavır mı olduğu kriterimiz olarak belirlenmiştir. Din hizmeti yürütmekle beraber bir devlet kurumu olarak Diyanet'in söylemlerinde zaman zaman ülkemizin gündemiyle ilintili olarak nisbî değişiklikler yaşandığı görülmektedir. This study aims to determine the location of the Sufi tradition in the perception of religion of the Presidency of Religious Affairs which is responsible for the religious affairs. In order to achieve this aim, Friday khutbas, one of the most important true path activities of the Presidency determined as the subject of examination, and by examined all khutbas between 1980 and 2017 concept, work, individual and content of Sufism were analyzed. At the point of determining what kind of sufi thought in the religious perception of the Precidency of Religious Affairs, how the sufistic content handled in the khutbas is filled, whether there is a critical view of Sufism and sects, whether the khutbas presented to the public is a formalist discourse or an attitudes towards the essence is determined as our criterion. Although the Presidency of Religious Affair is a state institution that carries out religious services, it can be seen in its discourses that have changed from time to time in relation to the agenda of our country. It was also possible to observe this situation in the Sufi tradition. Key Words: The Presidency of Religious Affairs, Khutba, The Perception of Religion, Sufism.
