Dermatoscopy and videodermatoscopy are methods of skin imaging, which are known for their value in the diagnosis of pigmented skin lesions. Nevertheless, to our knowledge, the der moscopic features of the pigmented lesions in Dyskeratosis congenita (DC) which is a syndrome cha racterized by reticular pigmentation of the skin, nail dystrophy, mucosal leukoplakia, predisposition to cancer and bone marrow failure have not been described previously. The major feature of der matoscopic examination was the delicate pigment network with regularly distributed dots and gb bules, in our case. There was no melanocytic lesion on nail examination. We demonstrate the dermatoscopic findings of DC with this case report. Copyright © 2011 by Tür kiye Klinikleri.en_US
