Oryantalistlere Göre İcmâ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada oryantalist yada şarkiyatçı olarak adlandırılan batılı İslam araştırmacılarının, Müslümanların ortak şuuru olarak bilinen ve asli deliller arasında Kitab ve sünnetten sonra üçüncü sırada yer alan icmâ hakkındaki görüşleri ele alınmaktadır. Bu itibarla çalışmamızın asıl amacı oryantalistler ve eserleri hakkında kısa bilgi sunarak onların icmâ ile ilgili yaptıkları çalışmaları, çalışma usûllerini ve icmâ ile ilgili görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Girişte konunun amacı, önemi, kaynakları, yöntemi ifade edildikten sonra birinci bölümde genel olarak oryantalizm kavramı üzerinde durulmuş, oryantalizmin çıkış sebepleri ve tarihsel gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Yine bu bölümde icmâ kavramı açıklandıktan sonra icmânın rükünleri, gerçekleşme imkânı, türleri, kaynak değeri, hükmü işlenerek icmâ örneklerine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Goldziher, Hurgronje, Schact, Coulson, Bernand, Makdisi, Johansen, Calder ve Hallaq'ın icmâ deliline dair yaklaşımları tahlil edilmiş, elde edilen sonuçlar ifade edilerek çalışma sonlandırılmıştır. In this study; the ideas of western Islamic researchers, who are called orientalists about ijmâ which is considered as common consciousness of Muslims and included in the main evidence after the Book and the sunnah are examined. In this respect, the main aim of our study is to reveal the orientalist thought in ijmâ by presenting them with a brief knowledge about Islamic studies, orientalists works related to ijmâ, their study procedures and their opinions about ijmâ. The study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. After explaining the aim, importance, sources and method of the subject in the introduction, in the first part, the concept of orientalism is emphasized in general and the reasons for the emergence and historical development of orientalism are discussed. Additionally in this section, after the concept of icmâ is explained; products, the possibility of realization, types, source value, provision of icmâ examples are processed. In the second part; the approaches of Goldziher, Hurgronje, Schact, Coulson, Bernand, Makdisi, Johansen, Calder and Hallaq against icmâ evidence were analyzed and the results were expressed and the study was concluded.
