Kur?an?ın Sosyal Yaptırımsallığı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Kur’an’ın toplumsal ilişkilerdeki yaptırımsallık biçimlerinin geçmişte, günümüzde nasıl olduğu ve gelecekte nasıl olabileceği irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır. İnanç ve ibadet boyutuyla Kur’an daha çok psikolojik yaptırımsallığa, hukuki ve ahlaki boyutuyla ise daha çok sosyolojik yaptırımsallığa sahip bir kutsal kitap görünümündedir. Kur’an’ın, geçmişi tüm boyutlarıyla, günümüzü inanç, ibadet ve ahlaki boyutuyla, geleceği kültürler arası diyalog ortamını ise ahlaki boyutu ve gönülden inanma olgusuyla kuşatan/kuşatacak olan kutsal bir kitap olduğunu söylemek mümkün gözükmektedir.In this essay, it is analyzed how was, is and will be the normativity of the Qur‘an concerning social relations in the past, present and the future. By doing this, it is seen that the Qur‘an seems a holy book which has a psychological normativity in terms of faith and worship dimensions and sociological normativity in terms of ethical and juridical dimensions. In the end of our essay, it seems to us that it is quite possible to argue that the Qur‘an besieged the past with its all dimensions, besieges the present with faith, worship and ethical dimensions and will besiege the future 􁈺within the context of intercultural relations􁈻 with ethical dimension and a sincerely belief phenomenon.
