Abstract
Bu çalışmada, A. gossypii'nin Samsun'da yaygın olarak yetiştirilen Aydın siyahı ve Aykara patlıcan (Solanum melongena L.) çeşitlerinde, bazı biyolojik parametreleri belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçla, farklı patlıcan çeşitlerinde A.gossypii nimflerin gelişme sürelerine, canlı kalma oranlarına, üreme öncesi dönemi, üreme dönemi, üreme sonrası dönemi ve ömür süreleriyle bir dişinin doğurduğu ortalama yavru sayıları tespit edilmiştir. Denemeler, iklim dolaplarında 25 ± 1 °C sıcaklıkta % 70 ± 5 orantılı nemde 16 saat aydınlık 8 saat karanlık koşullarının sabit tutulduğu iklim dolaplarında yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, A. gossypii'nin gelişmesini Aydın siyahında 5.04 gün, Aykara çeşidinde 5.02 günde tamamladığı görülmüştür. Aydın siyahı çeşidinde bireylerin % 98'i ergin olurken, Aykara çeşidinde ise bireylerin % 88'si ergin olmuştur. A. gossypii üreme döneminin Aydın siyahı çeşidinde 13.06 gün, Aykara çeşidinde ise 14.31 günde, toplam dişi ömür süresini ise Aydın siyah'ın da 26.42 gün, Aykara çeşidinde 25.57 günde tamamladığı görülmüştür. Yavru sayısı ise ortalama 54.62 adet ile Aydın siyahında görülmüştür. Kalıtsal üreme yeteneği (rm) ise Aydın çeşidinde 0.392 afit/ afit/ gün, Aykara çeşidin de 0.372 afit/afit/gün olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; A. gossypii'nin patlıcan çeşitlerine göre bazı biyolojik parametreleri belirlenmiş ve Aydın siyahı çeşidinin Aykara çeşidine göre daha uygun olduğu belirlenmiştir.
In this study, some biological parameters of Aphis gossypii on different eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) varieties (Aydın siyahı, Aykara) commonly grown in Samsun Province were determined. For this purpose, on varieties of eggplant A. gossypii effects on nymph's development time, survival rate, preoviposition, oviposition and postoviposition period, longevity and reproduction have been determined. Experiments have been studied in air conditioned cabinets with 25 ± 1 ºC, 70 ± 5 % relative humidity and 16 h light 8 h dark constant conditions. Evaluations introduce that A. gossypii completed development process in 5.04 days on Aydın siyahı, while it completed its process in 5.02 days on Aykara varieties. While 98% of the individuals in the varieties of Ankara siyahı became adult, this number was 88% in Aykara individuals. It has been seen that the reproduction period of A. gossypii was completed with 13.06 days on the varieties of Aydın siyahı, and in 14.31days on the varieties of Aykara and total female longevity period was determined with 26.42 days with Aydın siyahı and with 25.57 days in Aykara varieties. The number of offspring was determined as 54.62 individuals in Aydın siyahı. The intrinsic reproduction ability (rm) was calculated as 0.392 aphid/ aphid/ day on Aydın siyahı while it was calculated as 0.372 apdid/aphid/day, Aykara varieties. In conclusion; biological parameters of A. gossypii compared to eggplant varieties have been determined and Aydın siyahı is the most convenient for the biology of A. gossypii compared to the Aykara variety.
