Abstract

In this article, we will analyze the characteristics of the notion of wajib duringthefirstsixcenturyofthehistoryofIslamiclawintermsofitsexist‐ ence,mukallaf,applicationandresults.Wewillpointthatthewajibisbased onAllah‘swillandtheProphetcannotchangeitspontaneously.Wajib,which allMuslimsobligedtobelieveit,isnotbuiltonfear.Acording to Islamic Law, wajib; with its complementary elements; is the highest degree of obligation but also it can be abrogated. According to its structure, it can not be abondoned, it must be implemented. There are re‐ quirements for wajib. Wajib is built on facilitation, who leaves it, would be punished,alsowhoimplementsit,wouldberewarded.Primarily,administra‐ torsareresponsibleforitsimplementation.Andalsointentmustbecompli ‫‪antwithdeedsintheimplementationofwajib.Onthebasisofthesecharac‬‬ ‫.‪teristics,wewillexaminethetypesofwajib‬‬
