Publication: Milas Müzesi'ndeki Korinth Başlıkları
Abstract
Antik Çağ'dan günümüze kadar birçok medeniyet birbirinden etkilenerek çeşitli mimari yapılar ve mimari düzenlerin ortaya çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Bu yapılar birbirine kabaca benzese de ayrıntıda birbirinden ayrılmaktadır. Çeşitli öğelerin bir araya gelerek önemli mimari yapıları ortaya çıkaran en önemli öğe çalışmamızın da ana konusunu oluşturan sütun başlıklarıdır. Taşıyıcı eleman olarak yapılar da kullanılan sütun başlıkları ilk olarak MÖ 8-7. yüzyıllar arasında dikdörtgen tasarlı yapıların çevresini süslemiştir. Ardından ilk mimari düzen olarak bildiğimiz Dor düzeni ortaya çıkmış, ardından İon düzeni ve en son Korinth düzeni yapıları süslemiştir. Milas Müzesi'nde bulunan sütun başlıklarının en yoğun grubu olan Korinth başlıkları incelenmiş, gruplandırılarak tarihlendirilmiştir. Bunun sonucunda ise Milas Müzesi'ndeki Korinth sütun başlıklarının MS 2-3. yüzyıllar arasında yoğun olarak yapılarda kullanıldığı anlaşılmıştır.
Various civilizations have influenced each other since the ancient times and have enabled the emergence of various architectural structures and architectural orders. Although these structures are roughly similar, they differ from each other in detail. The most important element that reveals important architectural structures by coming together with various elements is the capitals that form the main subject of our study. Capitals used in structures as carrier elements were firstly 8-7 BC. It has decorated the surroundings of rectangular buildings between the centuries. Then the Dor order, which we know as the first architectural order, appeared, then the Ionian order and the latest Corinthian order decorated the structures. Corinthian capitals, the most dense group of column capitals in the Milas Museum, were examined, grouped and dated. As a result, the Corinthian column capitals in the Milas Museum are in AD 2-3. It was understood that it was used extensively in buildings between the centuries.
