Publication: Maydanoz (Petroselinum Crispum Mill.) Yetiştiriciliğinde Farklı Organik Materyallerin Kalite ve Verim Üzerine Etkileri
Abstract
İnsan sağlığı açısından önemli bir değere sahip olan maydanoz bitkisinin organik olarak yetiştirilme olanaklarının araştırıldığı çalışma; Samsun ekolojik koşullarında sera ortamında yürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla kompoze gübrelemeye alternatif olarak üç farklı organik materyal (kompost suyu çözeltisi, ısırgan otu çözeltisi ve kül suyu çözeltisi) denenmiştir. Ayrıca gübreleme yapılmayan uygulama kontrol olarak ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre kül suyu çözeltisinin uygulanması, toprak içeriğinin EC, OM, N, P ve K içeriğini önemli ölçüde artırmıştır. Maydanoz bitkisinin besin içeriği açısından ısırgan otu çözeltisi ve kompost suyu çözeltisinin öne çıktığı belirlenmiştir. En yüksek verim değeri 8954 kg/da ile ısırgan otu çözeltisinden elde edilmiş, bunu sırasıyla 8709 kg/da ile kül suyu çözeltisi ve 8485 kg/da ile kompoze gübre uygulaması takip etmiştir. Sonuç olarak insan beslenmesinde önemi olan maydanoz bitkisinin verim kaybı olmadan organik olarak yetiştirilebileceği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca tarımsal üretimin önemli girdi maliyetleri olan kompoze gübre kullanımının önemli ölçüde azaltılabileceği tespit edilmiştir.
The study, which investigated the organic cultivation possibilities of the parsley plant, which has significant value for human health, was conducted in a greenhouse environment in Samsun ecological conditions. For this purpose, three different organic fertilizers (compost solution, nettle solution and wood ash solution) have been tried as an alternative to chemical fertilization. In addition, the control practice of not fertilizing was also discussed. According to the results obtained, the application of wood ash solution significantly increased the soil content of some (EC, OM, N, P and K) of the study's results. We have determined that the nettle solution and compost solution stand out in terms of the nutrient content of the parsley plant. The highest yield value was obtained from nettle solution with 8954 kg/da, followed by wood ash solution and chemical fertilizer applications with 8709 and 8485 kg/da, respectively. As a result, it has been determined that the parsley plant, which is important in human nutrition, can be grown organically without yield loss. In addition, it has been determined that chemical fertilizers , which are important input costs of the farming system, can be significantly reduced
