Bir Martıda (Larus cachinnans) Türkiye Faunası için İki Yeni Nematod Türü; Cosmocephalus obvelatus (Creplin, 1825) ve Paracuaria adunca (Creplin, 1846)

Abstract

Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Parazitoloji Laboratuvarına getirilen ölü bir Hazar martısı ( Laruscachinnans) parazitolojik açıdan tekniğine uygun olarak muayene edilmiştir. Rastlanan parazitler usulüne uygun toplanıp,tespit edilmiş ve saydamlaştırılarak morfolojik özelliklerine göre Cosmocephalus obvelatus ve Paracuaria aduncaolarak identifiye edilmiştir. Tanıda önemli bölgelerin ölçümleri yapılmış ve fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Her iki nematod türüde Türkiye parazit faunası için ilk bildirimdir.A dead Caspian gull (Larus cachinnans) submitted to the parasitology laboratory of the Faculty of VeterinaryMedicine in Ondokuz Mayis University was examined in accordance with the standard techniques in the laboratory.The parasites were fixed, clarified and identified as Cosmocephalus obvelatus and Paracuaria adunca accordingto morphological characteristics. Some specific morphological charecters were measured and photographed by microscopically.To our knowledge, both nematode species are the first record for parasite fauna in Turkey.
