Hafız İlhan Tok ve Kur'an Eğitimindeki Yeri

Abstract

Yapmış olduğumuz araştırmalar sonucunda son dönem kıraat ilmine konu olmuş hocaların neredeyse yarısından fazlasının Hakk'a yürüdüğü ve eğitim metotlarının da onlarla birlikte yok olmaya yüz tuttuğunu tespit ettik. Bu ilme ömrünü adamış üstatların metotlarının kaybolmamasını önlemek maksadıyla bu alandaki boşluğu doldurmaya ve bir nebzede olsun katkı sağlaması amacıyla böyle bir çalışmaya karar verdik. Tezimizde Hafız İlhan Tok'un hayatı, yetişmesi, eğitimi, eserleri ve Kur'ân öğretim yöntemleri hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. Kârinin, mehâric-i hurûf, sıfat-ı hurûf ve edâ keyfiyeti açısından fem-i Muhsine sahip olması gerekmektedir. İşte Tok da bu 'fem-i Muhsin Tarz-ı Osmânî' kalıplarıyla geçmişten günümüze miras kalmış geleneği sürdürmektedir. Tok 'Meşhur İstanbul Ağzı ve Tavrı'nın önemli ve günümüzdeki temsilcilerinden birisidir. Çalışmamızda bu tavrın genel özelliklerine ve Tok'un metoduna da yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmamızda Tok'un Ankara'da 3 Nisan 2006 tarihinde Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından başlatılan ve hocanın da bizzat koordinatörlüğünü yaptığı Tashîh-i Hurûf kurslarına, içeriğine, kursiyerlerin seçimine, faydalarına ve verilen eğitimdeki farklılıklara yer verilmiştir. Kur'ân eğitiminde okuyuşun mutlak kurallarına sadık kalmak suretiyle mûsikî eğitimine monte edilerek tilavet edilmesi tamamlayıcı unsurdur. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm tilavetine uygulanacak mûsikî câmi mûsikîsine dayalı olmalı ve bunun hocası da Kur'ân-ı Kerîm kıraatinde üst düzey uzman olmalıdır. Biz de bu alanda uzman hocalarımızdan biri olan Hafız İlhan Tok'u ele almaya çalıştık. Tok'un çalışması olan tecvit kurallarının notalara denk gelmesi projesinden de bahsettik. Günümüzde Kur'an eğitimi verecek olan karilere, Kur'an tilavetinin öngördüğü esaslara uygun ses ile mûsîki eğitimi alarak temsil edecek Kur'ân okuyucusu yetiştirmek amacıyla çalışmamızı oluşturduk. As a result of the research we have done, we have determined that almost more than half of the teachers who have been the subject of the science of recitation in the last period, walked towards the Truth and that their education methods were on the verge of disappearing with them. In order to prevent the loss of the methods of the masters who devoted their life to this knowledge, we decided to undertake such a study in order to fill the gap in this field and contribute to a small extent. In our thesis, there is information about Hafız İlhan Tok's life, upbringing, education, works and teaching methods of the Qur'an. A karî must have a fem-i Muhsin in terms of mehâric-i hurûf, adjective-i hurûf and manners. Here, Tok continues the tradition inherited from the past to the present with these 'fem-i Muhsin Tarz-ı Osmani' patterns. Tok is one of the important and present representatives of the 'Famous Istanbul Dialect and Attitude'. In our study, the general characteristics of this attitude and Tok's method are also included. In addition, in our study, Tok's Tashih-i Huruf courses, which were started by the Presidency of Religious Affairs on April 3, 2006 in Ankara and coordinated by the teacher himself, were included in the content, selection of the trainees, their benefits and the differences in the training provided. In the education of the Qur'an, it is a complementary element to be attached to the musical education by sticking to the absolute rules of recitation. The music to be applied to the recitation of the Qur'an should be based on the music of the mosque, and its teacher should be a high-level expert in the recitation of the Qur'an. We tried to discuss one of our expert teachers in this field, Hafız İlhan Tok. We also talked about the project of coinciding the tajweed rules with the notes, which is Tok's work. We have created our work in order to train the Qur'an reader who will represent the women who will teach the Qur'an today, by receiving music education with a voice in accordance with the principles stipulated by the Qur'an recitation.
