Abstract
Bu arastırmanın temel amacı, Türkiye'de yaygın din egitimi kapsamında görev yapan vâizelerin, dînî faaliyet alanlarının neler oldugunu, bu alanlarla ilgili olarak kendilerini nasıl degerlendirdiklerini, varsa meslekî problemleri ile meslege yönelik beklenti ve çözüm önerilerini kapsamlı bir sekilde tespit etmektir. Arastırma verileri, Türkiye'nin farklı illerinde görev yapan 155 bayan vâize uygulanan anket ile 16 kisiye uygulanan mülâkat sonucuna göre belirlenmistir. Arastırma sonucunda, bayan vâizlerin meslekî faaliyet alanlarının câmi içi ve câmi dısı hizmetler olmak üzere iki gruptan olustugu görülmüstür. Câmi içi hizmetler daha çok vaaz ve sohbetler yoluyla irsat faaliyetlerini içerirken, câmi dısı hizmetler ise, egitim kurumları, sosyal hizmet kurumları, konferans salonları, hastâneler, vakıf ve dernekler, belediye lokalleri, isyerleri, cezâevleri, yüksekögrenim yurtları ve ögrenci evleri, kültür merkezleri gibi çesitli mekânlarda yapılan sosyal ve dînî etkinlikleri kapsamaktadır. Bu etkinlikler, düzenli dersler, ziyaretler, fetva, seminer, konferans, panel, cezâevi vâizligi, medya faaliyetleri, rehberlik ve dînî danısmanlık gibi genis bir yelpazede hayat bulmaktadır. Bayan vâizlerin meslekî yeterligini ölçmek için kullanılan ölçek, 3 grup yeterlik alanını test etmistir. Bunlar; ' letisim, Rehberlik ve Pedagojik Formasyon yeterligi', 'Meslekî Alan ve Uygulama Yeterligi', 'Temel slam Bilimleri Alan Yeterligi' dir. Bayan vâizlerin kendilerini ' letisim, Rehberlik ve Pedagojik Formasyon yeterligi' alanında yüksek oranda yeterli gördükleri tespit edilmistir. Yine bayan vâizlerin kendilerini 'Meslekî Alan ve Uygulama Yeterligi' alanında en yüksek düzeyde yeterli gördükleri ortaya çıkmıstır. Bayan vâizlerin kendilerini 'Temel slam Bilimleri Alan Yeterlikleri' alanında da oldukça yeterli gördükleri tespit edilmistir. Görevlerini gerçeklestirirken pek çok sorunla karsı karsıya kalan bayan vâizlere göre bu sorunların % 27,1'si cemaatten, % 23,2'si müftülüklerden, % 19,4'ü ise diger dînî grup ve cemaatlerden kaynaklanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, meslegi daha verimli hale getirebilmek için Bâzı önerilerde bulunulmustur. Anahtar Sözcükler: Yaygın Din Egitimi, Vaaz, Yeterlik, rsat, Vâize (Bayan vâiz).
The main purpose of this study is to investigate what kinds of religious activities female preachers have done, how they evaluate themselves in relation to these field of services, whether they have any problems or not concerning their jobs, their expectations about their professions and lastly their suggestions for better doing their jobs in the context of common religious education in Turkey. The data were obtained from 155 questionnaires and 16 interviews that were administered to 155 female preachers who work in various cities in Turkey. It was found that female preaches do their activities broadly in two areas: services in mosques and services out of mosques. While the services that take place into the mosques cover guidance people to the path of Allah through preaching and conversation, the services that take place outside the mosque include the religious and social activities at educational settings, institutions for social services, conferences, hospitals, pious foundations, municipal locals, business places, prisons, hostels, and houses for culture. These activities are done through formal religious courses, visiting, giving an opinion on a matter of Islam, conferences, panels, preaching for prisoners, media activities and religious guidance and consultations for those who need religious and psychological help. In order to test the professional proficiencies of female preaching, three fields of proficiency were used: These are 'the Proficiency of Communication, Guidance and Pedagogical Formation'; 'the Proficiency of Professional Field and Application', and 'the Proficiency of Basic Islamic Field'. It was found that female preaches see themselves highly proficiency in these three fields, too. However, it is a fact that while they do their jobs, they have met many problems. These problems can arise from religious community at a rate of 27.1 percent, from the provincial director of religious affairs at a rate of 23.2 percent, and from other religious groups and people at a rate of 19.4 percent. Lastly, in order to make a better job, some suggestions were made. Key Words: Informal Religious Education, Preaching, Proficiency, Guidance to the Path of Allah, Female Preacher.
