Abstract

II SAMSUN İÜ İNCİR SELEKSİYONU ÖZET Karadeniz Bölgesî'nde geniş bir varyasyon gösteren incirin, yoğun olarak yetiştiriciliğinin yapıldığı illerden birisi olan Samsun'da yapılan bu seleksiyon çalışması 1999-2000 yıllan arasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada belirlenen 29 tipte fenolojik gözlemler ve pomolojik analizler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda tiplerdeki I. doğuşların mart ayı sonu ile mayıs ayı sonu arasında, II. doğuşların ise haziran ayı içinde gerçekleştiği saptanmıştır. Genel olarak tiplerin ortalama meyve ağırlıklarının 50-55 g arasında olduğu, kabuk kalınlıklarının 2.56 ile 3.24 mm arasında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek SÇKM %26.33 ile 55 TK 30 nolu tipte, en yüksek sitrik asit ise %0.30 ite 55 19 TK 31 nolu tipte bulunmuştur. Tipler meyve şekilleri bakımından uzun-oval, küresel ve basık olarak, boyun özelliği bakımından ise boyunlu ve boyunsuz meyve olarak gruplandınlmıştır. Meyve kabuğu rengi bakımından da san-yeşil ve mor rengi tonlanndaki meyveler olarak sınıflandınlmıştır. The phonological observations and pomological analyses were done for the selected 29 fig types. It was determined that the first and second fruit bearings were happened during the end of march and beginning of may and june, respectivelly. It was determined that the fruit weight of the fig types differed between 50-55 g, and the thickness of peel differed between 2.56-3.24 mm, in generally. The 55 TK 30 fig types gave the highest TSS (26.33%) while the the highest citric acid acid rate (0.30%), 55 TK 31 fig types gave the fruits of fig types were gapped an long-oval, spherical and fattened as fruit shapes, and having a neck and neckles. The colour of fruit peel were groupped an yellow- green and purple. Key words: Fig, variety, selection
