Abstract
Tetracycline accumulating in bone and tooth densed with mineralization can cause dental discoloration and disorder of skeleton development. Although skin and dental discoloration is the most common adverse effect of doxycycline, nail discoloration is rarely seen. In the present case, a 17-year old girl with discoloration of her finger nails was reported during doxycyccline treatment for brucellosis.
