Türkçenin Söz Varlığında Temizlik Kavram Alanı

Abstract

Türk dili, yaklaşık bin beş yüz yıllık bir yazı dili tarihine sahip köklü bir dildir. Türk dilinin zaman içerisinde elde ettiği zengin dil birikimi, söz varlığında görülmektedir. Türk dili gerek dil bilgisi gerekse kültürel olarak değişik zaman dilimlerinde çeşitli konularda işlenmiş ve söz varlığı da çeşitli konu alanlarında bütünüyle veya kısmen tespit edilmiştir. Biz de bu çalışmamız ile Türkçenin söz varlığında temizlik kavram alanını ele almaya çalıştık. Tez çalışmamız temelde üç aşamadan oluşmaktadır. Birinci aşamada, Türk dilinin söz varlığını oluşturan tarihî metin ve dönem sözlüklerinden hareketle temizlik kavram alanına giren sözcükleri tespit etmeyi amaçladık. Tarama yöntemi ile metin ve ağırlıklı olarak sözlüklerden elde ettiğimiz, konu alanımıza giren sözcükleri çeşitli alt başlıklar halinde tasnif ettik. İkinci aşamada, belirlediğimiz lehçelere dair sözlükleri de tarihî dönemlerdeki çalışma metodumuzla ele alıp belirlediğimiz konu başlıklarına göre tasnif ettik. Üçüncü ve son aşamada ise tarihî dönemlerden elde edilen verileri kronolojik sıralama ile sözcüğü, ilk görüldüğü Türk dili döneminden itibaren gelişim seyri içinde verip sözcüğün kökenine dair bilgi vererek günümüze kadar getirdik. Ardından sözcüğün günümüz Türk lehçelerindeki karşılıklarını sıraladık. Bu yöntemi ve aşamaları konumuzla ilgili Türkçe söz varlığında tespit edebildiğimiz sözcüklere uyguladık. Türk dilinde temizlik kavram alanına giren sözcüklerin tespitiyle Türk kültürünün önemli bir parçası olan temizlik konusundaki tezimizin hem dil hem de kültür bağlamında Türklük bilimine hizmet etmesini umut ediyoruz.

The Turkish language is a well-established language with a history of approximately 1,500 years of written language. The rich language accumulation that the Turkish language acquired over time is seen in the vocabulary. Turkish has been studied in both grammatically and culturally in different time periods and various topics. Vocabulary has been determined in whole or in part in various subject areas. We tried to address cleaning concept area in the Turkish vocabulary with this study. Our thesis study basically consists of three steps. In the first step, we aimed to identify the words that belong to the concept of cleanliness from the historical texts and the historical period dictionaries which constitute the existence of the Turkish language. By using the scanning method, we have classified the words that are connected with our topic which we have obtained from texts and predominantly from dictionaries, into various subtiles. In the second stage, we classified the dictionaries of the dialects that we identified from the contemporary Turkish dialects according to the topics we dealt with in our working method in the historical periods. In the third and last stage, we have brought up the chronological order of the data obtained from the historical periods and reveal the course of development of the word from the first Turkish language period that it was first seen, giving information about the origin of the word and bringing it up to day. Then we arranged the words in the Turkish dialects of today. We applied this method and the steps to all the relevant words that we could defined in the vocabulary of Turkish related with our topic. We hope that our research on cleanling concept area, an important part of Turkish culture, will serve Turkish science in both language and culture context by identifying the words that belong to the cleaning concept area in the Turkish language.
