Bektaşi Kültüründe Yemek Motifi

Abstract

Bektaşi Kültüründe Yemek Motifi adlı çalışmamız; giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında; araştırmanın amacı, metodu ve kaynakları belirtildikten sonra Hacı Bektaş Velî ve Bektaşilik hakkında kısa bir bilgi verilmektedir.Tezimizin birinci bölümünde, sembolizm ve mitoloji bağlamında Bektaşi kültüründe yemek motifi incelenmiştir. Bektaşi edebiyatında sembol ve mitoloji kavramlarının ele alınması konumuz bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu bölümde özellikle eski din ve kültürlerin Bektaşi kültürüne etkisiele alınmıştır. Bu bölüm, Bektaşi geleneğinin Türk Dünyası ile oldukça yakın ilişki içinde olduğunu göstermektedir.İkinci bölümde ritüel bağlamında Bektaşi tekkeleri ele alınmıştır. Zirai faaliyetler ve gelirler Bektaşi tekkeleri için çok önem arz etmektedir. İkinci bölümde Bektaşi mutfağı ve bazı önemli ayin yemekleri tanıtılmıştır.Bu tez, basılı kaynakların yanı sıra dört el yazması eser temel alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Bunlar, Hacı Bektaş Velî Velâyetnâmesi, Abdal Musa Velâyetnâmesi, Kaygusuz Abdal Velâyetnâmesi ve Şeyh Ahmed Bedreddin Halveti'nin Şeyh Sırri Rifai'nin el yazması notlarına dayanarak kaleme aldığı ?Risâle-i Lâhûtiye? (Bektaşi Tarikatına Ait Usul Âdâb Ayinler Mecmuası) dir. Konu hem inanç hem de ritüel bağlamında ele alınmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler: Bektaşilik, Tekke, Mutfak, Sofra, Sembol

This thesis, ?Food Figure in Culture of Bektashi Order?, is composed of introduction, two main sections and conclusion. In the introduction, besides the purpose, methods and resources of the research, a brief information is provided on the life and the works of Haci Bektas Velî and Bektashi Order.In the first main section, food figure in culture of Bektashi Order in the context of the symbolism and mythology is investigated. It is important to considersymbol and mythology in Bektashi literature. It is especially worthwhile to note the understanding of the effect of the ancient religions and cultures to Bektashi culture in this section. This section shows that Bektashi tradition has more close relations with Turkish World.In the second section Bektashi centers in the context of ritual is investigated. Agricultural activities and incomes is very important to Bektashi centers. In this section Bektashi cousine and some important rituel meals is introduced.This study is based on four manuscriptsas well asprinted sources: ?Velâyetnâme-i Hacı Bektaş Velî?, ?Abdal Musa Velâyetnâmesi?, ?Kaygusuz Abdal Velâyetnâmesi? and ?Risale-i Lâhûtiye-Bektaşi Tarikatına Ait Usul Âdâb Ayinler Mecmuası? a collection by Şeyh Ahmed Bedreddin Halveti of the notes of Şeyh Sırri Rifai.
