Zerkeşî'nin El'-bahru'l-muhît Adlı Fıkıh Usûlü Eserinde İstinbât Yöntemleri Bağlamında Hanefîlere Ait Görüşlerin Tespit ve Tahkiki

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Zerkeşî'nin Hanefîlere atfettiği görüşler istinbât yöntemleri özelinde ele alınmış, tespit ve tahkik edilmiştir. Çalışma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Zerkeşî'nin hayatı ve ilmî kişiliği ele alınırken, ikinci bölümde ise istinbât yöntemleri bağlamında Hanefîlere yaptığı nispetlerin tespit ve tahkiki yapılmıştır. Müellif istinbât yöntemleri bağlamında Hanefîlere 99 nispette bulunmuş, bu atıfların 88'inde isabet etmiş olup, 11 nispette ise hata etmiştir. The work consists of two main parts. In the first part, the life and scienfitic personality of al-Zarkaşî will be presented. In the second part, the referred opinions to the Hanafî School will be analysed and examined. However, 99 of the referred opinions are correct, whereas 11 of them are not completely correct.
