Publication: Okul Yöneticilerinin Hesap Verebilirlik Düzeyleri ile Örgütsel Güven Arasındaki İlişki
Abstract
Araştırmanın temel amacı öğretmen algılarına göre okul yöneticilerinin hesap verebilirlik düzeyleri ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılında Şanlıurfa ilinin Karaköprü, Haliliye ve Eyyübiye ilçelerinde bulunan ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademelerinde görev yapmakta olan 16595 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiş olup, belirtilen okul türlerinde çalışan 429 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerini toplamak için üç farklı veri toplama aracı kullanılmıştır. Bunlardan birincisi ''Kişisel Bilgi Formu'' ikincisi ''Okul Yöneticisi Hesap Verebilirlik Ölçeği'' ve üçüncüsü 'Okullarda Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği' dir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS programından yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda öğretmen algılarına göre okul yöneticilerinin hesap verebilirlik düzeylerinin ortanın üzerinde bir düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Okul yöneticilerinin hesap verebilirliğine ilişkin öğretmenlerin cinsiyetleri, sendikalı olup olmama durumları, çalıştıkları kurum türü gibi değişkenlere göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunurken mesleki kıdem değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunamamıştır. Örgütsel güven düzeyinin ise yine ortanın üzerinde bir düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Örgütsel güven düzeyinin öğretmenlerin cinsiyetleri ve sendikalı olup olmama durumları değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunurken çalıştığı kurum türü ve mesleki kıdem değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunamamıştır. Okul yöneticilerinin hesap verebilirlik düzeyleri ve örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için yapılan korelasyon analizine göre, okul yöneticilerinin hesap verebilirlik düzeyleri ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişki yüksek düzeyde pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bulunmuştur. Aynı zamanda okul yöneticilerinin hesap verebilirlik düzeylerinin, örgütsel güven düzeyini ne düzeyde yordadığını saptamak için regresyon analizi yapılmış ve analiz sonucunda oldukça yüksek oranda yordadığı görülmüştür.
The main purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship between the levels of accountability of school administrators and organizational trust based on teachers' perceptions. The population of the study consists of 16,595 teachers working in primary schools, secondary schools, and high schools located in the districts of Karaköprü, Haliliye, and Eyyübiye in Şanlıurfa province during the 2023-2024 academic year. The sample of the study was selected using a simple random sampling method and consists of 429 teachers working in the specified types of schools. Three different data collection tools were used to gather the research data.The first of these is the 'Personal Information Form,' the second is the 'School Administrator Accountability Scale,' and the third is the 'Organizational Trust Scale in Schools.' The SPSS program was used for the data analysis. As a result of the analyses, it was found that the levels of accountability of school administrators, according to teachers' perceptions, are above average. While there were significant differences regarding the accountability of school administrators based on variables such as the teachers' gender, union membership status, and the type of institution they work in, no significant differences were found based on the variable of professional seniority. Similarly, it was observed that the level of organizational trust is also above average. Significant differences were found in the level of organizational trust based on the teachers' gender and union membership status, while no significant differences were found based on the type of institution and professional seniority. As a result of the correlation analysis conducted to determine the relationship between the accountability levels of school administrators and organizational trust, a significant and high-level positive relationship was found between the accountability levels of school administrators and organizational trust. Additionally, a regression analysis was performed to determine the extent to which the accountability levels of school administrators predict the level of organizational trust, and it was observed that the accountability levels of school administrators predict organizational trust at a very high rate.
