Castleman's disease is a rare benign disease with an unknown etiology. It is also called the angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia or giant lymph node hyperplasia. Although it is more common in adults, it can be seen at any age starting from childhood. It is more commonly observed in the thorax, but it can be found anywhere in the body. It is usually localized in the middle or anterior mediastinum. Castleman's disease should be differentiated from other mediastinal autoimmune or neoplastic diseases. With the review of the literature, we hereby introduce a case of Castleman's disease excised from the interlobar area, which is a rare location for this disease.en_US
