Endüstriyel Yapılarda Hızlı Görsel İnceleme

Abstract

Deprem kuşağında bulunan ülkemizdeki yapıların büyük bir kısmı deprem yönetmelikleri göz ardı edilerek yapılmıştır. Bu durum ciddi mal ve can kaybına neden olmaktadır. Bu kayıpları minimum düzeye indirmek için bir takım çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmalardan biri de Hızlı Görsel İnceleme tekniğidir. Bu yöntemde taşıyıcı sistemin davranışının belirlenmesinde mühendislik hesabı yapılmaksızın veri toplama formunda bulunan zemin sınıfı, taşıyıcı sistem, plan düzensizlikleri gibi parametreler işlenip bir değer elde edilmektedir. Bu değer yapının nihai skorunu gösterir. Nihai skor 2' den küçük çıkarsa yapıda risk bulunmaktadır ve daha ayrıntılı inceleme gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Endüstriyel yapılar üzerinde Hızlı Görsel İnceleme yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Endüstriyel yapılar ticari işletmeler olduğu için zamanı iyi kullanmak ve iş gücü verimi bu yapılar için oldukça önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle dayanımının biran önce tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. This situation leads to serious losses of life and property. Several studies are carried out to minimize the loss. One of these studies is the Quick Visual Examination method. In this method, parameters such as soil class, carrier system and irregularities in plan, which are in the data collection form, are handled and a value is obtained without making engineering calculations in determining the treatment of the carrier system. This value shows the final score of the building. If the final score is lower than 2, it means that there is a risk and a more detailed examination is required. In this study, Quick Visual Examination method was applied on industrial buildings. As the industrial buildings are commercial enterprises, using the time well and workforce productivity are significant. Therefore, the strength must be determined in advance.
