Mycobacterium tuberculosis Klinik Suşlarında Streptomisin Direncinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Mycobacterium tuberculosis suşlarında streptomisin direncini araştırmak idi. Otuz M. tuberculosis suşu ve kontrol olarak da H37Rv standart suşu kullanılmıştır. Streptomisin duyarlılığı NCCLS'in (M24-T) tanımladığı proporsiyon yöntemine göre yapılmıştır. Kullanılan streptomisin konsantrasyonu 2 \mug/ml idi. Sonuç olarak, streptomisine karşı %37 direnç saptanmıştır.The purpose of the study was to determine streptomycin resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Thirty M. tuberculosis and as a control H37Rv strain were used. Susceptibility testing of streptomycin was performed with proportion method described by NCCLS (M24-T). The used concentration of streptomycin was 2 \mug/ml. The rate of resistance to streptomycin was detected as 37 %.
