Ulusal Voleybol Hakemlerinin Empati Eğilimlerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Ulusal Voleybol hakemlerinin empati eğilimlerinin belirlenmesidir. Materyal ve Metot: Bu çalışmanın örneklemini Türkiye'nin çeşitli illerinde görev yapan 371 ulusal voleybol hakemi oluşturmaktadır. Veriler 'Empatik Eğilim Ölçeği' ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Student t testi, tek yönlü anova ve LSD testleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hakemlerin cinsiyete, yaş ve eğitim durumuna göre empatik eğilim puanları arasında önemli bir farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Spor dalı ile uğraşan hakemlerin empati eğilim puanı spor dalı ile uğraşmayanlardan anlamlı derecede yüksektir (p<0,05). Uğraşılan spor dalı voleybol ve diğerleri olma durumuna, yaşam yerine, memur ve diğer çalışanlar olma durumuna göre voleybol hakemlerinin empatik eğilim puanları arasında önemli bir farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Sonuç: Voleybol hakemlerinin cinsiyet ve eğitim durumuna göre empatik eğilimlerinin benzer olduğu, hakemlik yılına ve hakemlik seviyesine göre ise değiştiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Voleybol hakemlerinin empati seviyelerinin artırılması için bir spor dalı ile uğraşan kişilerden seçilmesi ve hakemlik süreci içerisinde değişik organizasyonlarda görev almaları önerilir. Aim: The aim of this study is to determine empathy tendencies of National Volleyball Referees. Material and Method: 371 national volleyball refrees working at around the different cities of Turkey are included in this research. Data were collected with top Empathic Tendency Scale Ver. Student t test, one-way anova and LSD tests were used to evaluate the data. Results: There was no significant difference between empathic tendency scores according to gender, age and educational status of the participating referees (p> 0.05). Empathy tendency score of the referees dealing with sports was significantly higher than those not dealing with sports (p <0,05). There was no significant difference between the empathic tendency scores of the volleyball referees according to the status of volleyball branch and others, the place of life, serving as civil servants and other employees. (p> 0.05). Conclusion: It was concluded that the volleyball referees had similar empathic tendencies according to gender and educational status, and changed according to refereeing year and refereeing level. In order to increase the empathy levels of volleyball referees, it is recommended to be selected from people who are engaged in a sport branch and to take part in different organizations during the arbitration process.
