Rektus Kaslarının Yokluğu ile Birlikte Olan Bir Artrogripozis Multiplex Konjenita Olgusu

Abstract

Artrogripozis multiplex konjenita progresiv olmayan konjenital eklem kontraktürleri ile karakterize nadir bir sendromdur. En sık görülen bulgular yuvarlak yüz görünümüyle birlikte mikrognati, orta hatta kapiller hemangiom, omuzların adduksiyon ve iç rotasyonda olması, üst ve alt ekstremitelerde multipl eklem kontraktürlerinin olmasıdır. Eklem kontraktürlerine bağlı olarak doğumlar zor olup makat geliş sık görülür. Travmatik doğuma sekonder ekstremite kırıkları oluşur. Artrogripozis multiplex konjenitah birçok hastada nöral bir defekte bağlı kas gelişim bozukluğu hatta yokluğu bildirilmiştir. Bu makalede karın kaslarının yokluğu ile birlikte olan bir artrogripozis multiplex konjenita olgusu sunuldu ve literatür bilgileri gözden geçirildi.A Case of Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita with Absence of Abdominal Rectus Muscles Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita is a rare syndrome characterized by nonprogresive congenital joint contractures. The most common findings include round face appearance accompanied by micrognathia, midline capillary hemangioma, adduction and internal rotation of shoulders, multiple joint contractures of upper and lower extremities. Deliveries are difficult due to joint contractures and breech presentation is common. There are extremity fractures secondary to traumatic labor. In most patients with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita, a defect in neural influence on the developing muscles may be responsible for the absence or maldevelopment of some muscle groups. In this study, we present an arthrogryposis multiplex congenita case with absence of abdominal rectus muscles and review the literature.
