dc.description.abstractIn this study the notion of surmise in the Quran has been treated as a subject of research. This study approaches to the subject in two terms. (i) Differently from its generally known meaning, the several meanings of the notion of surmise gained in the Quran as noun and verb forms and context relations of these meanings are tried to be presented in the light of verses of Quran and comments and evaluations of these verses. (ii) The relationship of the notion of surmise with the other notions is discussed.en_US
