Evaluations of Kamaladdin Ibnu'l-Humam for Isnad of Rivayat

Abstract

There are lots of works to be authored to fix the sunnah as the second source of Islam and to understand it rightly. Ibnu'l-Humam as an Hanafi scholar, wrote a commentary on al-Hidaya, one of the most important sources of Islamic Jurisprudence, in his Fathu'l Qadir. In His Fathu'l Qadir, he gave a place many rivayat for and against. From this aspect, on this work that reminiscent a hadith book, had been evaluated rivayats rather than isnad by means rarely encountered in Hanafi's books. In this study, will be deal evaluations of Ibnu'l-humam to disconnection for isnad (mursal, mudallas, munkati hadith) and done comparing to evaluations of muhaddis.
