Abstract
Rumende mikrobiyal protein sentezi (MPS), yem tüketimi, yemleme sıklığı, tüketilen besin maddelerinin kaynağı ve miktarı ile rumen çevre şartları gibi bir çok faktörün etkisi altındadır. Rumende MPS, esas olarak sağlanan karbon iskeletine enerjiye ve nitrojene bağlıdır. Bu derlemede, laktasyondaki süt sığırlarında besin maddelerinin kaynağının ve miktarının nitrojen metabolizması üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir.
Microbial protein synthesis (MPS) in the rumen is under the influences of factors such as feed intake, source and amount of nutrient consumed, frequency of feeding, and environmental conditions in the rumen. MPS in the rumen depends especially on supplying carbon skeleton, energy and nitrogen. In this review, effects of source and amount of nutrient on nitrogen metabolism for the lactating dairy cows were studied.
