| dc.description.abstract | The crystal structures of trans-[Zn(sac)<inf>2</inf>(ampy)<inf>2</inf>], (I) and [Zn(sac)<inf>2</inf>(aepy)], (II), were analyzed. The diamine ligands behave as N,N′-bidentate ligands and saccharinate (sac) was coordinated through the N atom. The crystal structures were stabilized by N-H···O hydrogen bonds. The results show that the coordination geometry of complexes (I) and (II) were the consequence of the steric hindrance created by chelate rings. | en_US |
