İslâm Kültüründe Nefs Kavramı

Abstract

Günlük hayatta, İlâhî mesajların doğru anlaşılmasında, kültür ve medeniyetlerin birbirleriyle etkileşiminde kavramlar önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Kavramlara yüklenilen anlamlar, fert hayatı ve inancı üzerinde, toplumun şekillenmesinde ve kültürün nesillere aktarımında büyük bir etki ve değişime neden olmaktadır. Kültürümüzün korunmasında, geleneklerimizin sürdürülmesinde, dini inanç ve değerlerimizin muhafazasında kavramların önemi ve fonksiyonu büyüktür. Farklı kültür ve medeniyetler ile dini inanç gruplarının etkisi, fert hayatının şekillenmesi, sosyo-ekonomik değişim ve etkileşimde kavramların, asli manalarının korunması, yerli yerinde kullanılması, zamana ve çağa göre güncellenmesi ve mana karmaşasının önüne geçilmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Kur'ân'-ı Kerîm'de birçok farklı kavram zikredilmekte ve birçoğu da birden fazla manayı ihtiva etmektedir. Tez konumuz olan nefs kavramı, Kur'ân'da çokça zikredilen kavramlardan biri, çok anlamlı, çok yönlü ve özelliğini kaybetmeyen bir kavram olarak karşımıza çıkar. Bu çalışmamızdaki amaç, nefs kelimesinin, ayetlerde ve hadislerde hangi anlamlarda kullanıldığını tesbit etmek, İslam öncesi dönemde ve Temel İslami İlimler'de bu kelimeye hangi anlamların yüklenildiğini araştırmaktır. Çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi ve yöntemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, nefs kavramının sözlük ve terim manaları, mahiyeti, nefs kavramıyla ilişkili kavramlar ve İslam öncesi kullanımı hakkında bilgi sunulmuştur. İkinci bölümde âyet ve hadislerde geçen nefs kelimesine tefsirlerde verilen manalar üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise Kur'ân ve Tasavvufta nefsin dereceleri işlenmiş ve konu ile ilgili yapılan araştırmalardan elde edilen bilgiler ışığında tespit edilen değerlendirmeler sonuç kısmında verilmiştir. In daily life, concepts have an important place in the correct understanding of the Divine messages and in the interaction of cultures and civilizations with each other. The meanings attributed to the concepts cause a great impact and change on the life and belief of the individual, shaping the society and transferring it to the generations. The importance and function of concepts are important in preserving our culture, maintaining our traditions, and preserving our religious beliefs and values. The influence of different cultures and civilizations and religious belief groups, the shaping of individual life, the protection of the essential meanings of socio-economic change and interaction, the use of indigenous in place is important to be updated according to time and age, and to prevent mana confusion. Many different concepts are mentioned in the Holy Quran and many of them contain more than one meaning. One of the most mentioned concepts in the Qur'an and our thesis is the concept of self. The concept of self is very intricate, versatile and does not lose its character. The aim of this study is to determine the meaning of words and terms attributed to the concept of self, to reveal how the meanings are loaded in pre-Islamic sciences and Sufism, to see the meaning of the words in the verse and hadith, the meaning of the meaning of verse and hadith, to see the meaning of the meaning of verse and hadith. Our study consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the introduction part, the subject, aim, importance and method of the research are given. In the first chapter, information about the meanings of dictionary and term, nature, other concepts related to the concept of self and the pre-Islamic usage of the concept of self are presented. In the second chapter, the meaning of the word is nefis geçen in verses and hadiths is given. In the third part, the exquisite degrees in the Qur'an and Sufism are processed and the evaluations determined in the light of the information obtained from the researches on the subject are given in the conclusion section.
