dc.description.abstractTuberculosis is still a major granulomatosis disease in developing countries. The diagnosis of tuberculosis infection frequently creates problems which is related to clinical, radiological and bacteriological investigations. Recently, immunoenzymatic assays provide hopeful results for the serodiagnosis of tuberculosis. In this study, ELISA was evaluated as a serodiagnostic test for tuberculosis. Sera were obtained from 40 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 15 healthy volunteer donors. The results showed that ELISA could be used in the serologic diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.en_US
