1980 Sonrası Sanat ve Sanat Eğitiminde Türkiye-İran Etkileşim

Abstract

Türkiye ile İran arasındaki ilişkiler, çok eskilere dayanmaktadır. Son yıllarda ise bu ilişkilerin olumlu anlamda geliştiği bilinmektedir. Uzun yıllar aynı coğrafyada yer alan iki komşu; etnik, kültürel ve sosyal açıdan birbirleriyle yakın ve kaçınılmaz etkileşimde bulunmuşlar.1979 İran İslam Devrimi ve Türkiye'de gerçekleşen 12 Eylül Darbesi her iki ülkede de toplumsal ve kültürel açıdan değişimlere sebep olmuştur. Bu bağlamda tezin konusunu oluşturan; 1980'li yıllardaki gelişmeler ve değişimler ile 1980'den bu yana güçlü ve dengeli ilişkiler kurmuş iki komşu ülke olan İran ve Türkiye'nin sanat ve sanat eğitimi etkileşimini açıklamaktadır.Çalışma boyunca iki ülke arasındaki ilişkiler, bakanlıklar arasında yapılan protokoller,resmî ve özel kurumlar arasındaki işbirlikleri, etkileşim hareketinin sanat ve sanat eğitimi açısından araştırmacılara bir başlangıç olacağı görüşüyle ele alınmıştır.

Relations between Turkey and Iran are very old. In recent years, it has been recognized that this relationship has been positively developed. For two years, two neighbors of the same geography have interacted with each other in terms of ethnic, cultural and social aspects. The reason for choosing the topic of this thesis after the year 80is the occurrence of 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran and September 12 coup in Turkey, that caused the social and cultural changes in both countries and explains the cooperation and interaction of the two neighboring countries of Iran and Turkey in art and art education since 1980. Throughout the study, relations between the two countries, protocols, inter-ministerial, official and private institutions were discussed with the view that the movement of interaction will be a starting point for researchers in terms of art and art education.
