Abstract
BUHAR KAZANLARINDA YANMA ESNASINDA OLUŞAN NOx VE SICAKLIK DEĞİŞİMİNİNİN MODELLENMESİ ÖZET Bu çalışmada buhar kazanlarında yakıt olarak fuel-oil kullanılması sonucu meydana gelen NOx oluşumu ve sıcaklık değişimi incelenmiştir. Buhar kazanlarında yanma sonucu oluşan gazın, yanma odasından başlayarak baca çıkışına kadar olan sıcaklık değişimi modellenmiştir. Ayrıca gazın yanma odasındaki kalış süresi ve NOx oluşumları modellenmiştir. Yakıttan kaynaklanan NOx oluşumu fuel-oil içeriğine bağlı olarak hesaplanmıştır. Termal NOx oluşumunun hesaplanmasında Zeldovich mekanizmaları kullanılmıştır. Prompt NOx oluşumu yeterli kinetik veriler sağlanamadığı için sadece sınırlı bir sıcaklık aralığında hesaplanmıştır. Son olarak oluşan baca gazının dolaşıma geri verilmesi ile (resirkülasyon) yanma odasındaki sıcaklık değişimi modellenmiştir. Bu modellemeler iki adet kazan için uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar emisyon sınır değerleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Buhar kazanı, Yanma, Azot Oksit, Resirkülasyon
IN STEAM BOILER MODELLING OF NOx FORMATION AND CHANGING OF HEATING DURING COMBUSTION ABSTRACT In this study, in steam boilers, formation of NOx exists by means of using fuel-oil as fuel and changing of heat were searched. It was modelled, changing of heat of the gas forms at a result of burning in steam boilers starts from burning room to out of chimney. Besides, retention time of gas and NOx formations in the burning room were also modelled. The formation of NOx sourced from fuel was calculated depending in the content of fuel-oil. Zeldovich mechanisms were used for the calculation NOx formed thermally. Formation of Prompt NOx was calculated only in a limited temperature because of unsufficient kinetic data. At last, changing of the heat in the burning room by means of the recirculation of chimney gas was modelled. This patterns were applied for a sample boiler.
