Bilgisayar Kontrollü Baskı Devre Delgi Makinesi Tasarımı ve Kontrolü

Abstract

IV BİLGİSAYAR KONTROLLÜ BASKI DEVRE DELGİ MAKİNESİ TASARIMI VE KONTROLÜ ÖZET Bu çalışmada, elektronik baskı devre kartlarının delme işlemini bilgisayar yardımıyla gerçekleyen bir donanım tasarlanmıştır. Donanımın bilgisayar kontrolü için, Delphi 4.0 programlama dilinde bir program yazılmış ve bu programlama dilinin verdiği Assembler dilinde yazılım desteğinden sıkça yararlanılmıştır. Donanımın kontrolü yazılan bu program tarafından yürütülmektedir. Delphi ve Assembler programlama dilinde yazılan bu program iki ana program parçasından oluşturulmuştur. Bu programların ilkinde görüntü işlenmesiyle uğraşılmıştır. Bilgisayara herhangi bir şekilde yüklenen ve 'bmp' uzantısı ile kaydedilmiş bir elektronik baskı devre şekli yazılan bu program parçası ile taranarak şekil üzerinden delinecek deliklerin yerleri tespit edilmektedir. İkinci program parçasında ise görüntü üzerinde yerleri tespit edilen delikler, tasarlanan devre yardımıyla ilgili adım motorlarına ve doğru akım motorlarına kumanda ederek baskı devre kartı üzerinde istenilen yerlere konumlandırılmaktadır. Tasarlanan devrenin tüm fonksiyonları bilgisayar tarafından kontrol edilmektedir. Bu kontrol işlemi için bilgisayarın standart yazıcı portu kullanılmış, gerekli tüm veri alış verişi bu port üzerinden sağlanmıştır. Geri beslemeli bir düzenek tasarlanmış olup bu sayede elektronik devrenin ve tasarlanan makinenin tüm durumları bilgisayar tarafından takip edilebilmektedir. V PROJECTING And CONTROLLING The PRINTED CIRCUIT DRILLING MACHINE ABSTRACT In this work, a hardware.handled with a computer, realizing the process of drilling printed electronic circuit board was projected. To control the hardware with computer, a program was written in Delphi 4.0 Programming language and Assembler programming support, which this programming language gave, was mostly used in this program. Controlling of the hardware was handled with this program. The program written. In Delphi 4.0 and Assembler, consisted of two main program section. The first section of this program, image processing was worked on. A printed circuit figure loaded to computer with anyway and saved with an extension of 'bmp', scanned by the program so, the holes was determined on the figure. In Second program section, the holes.determined on the image, with help of projected circuit and commanding relevant stepper motors and direct current motors, was placed on the printed circuit board. All of the function of this projected circuit was controlled by a computer. To achieve this, standard parallel port was used and all necessary data in/out was provided by this port. A feedback mechanism was planned so all the states of electronic circuit and projected machine were followed by computer. Keywords: Standard Parallel Port, Delphi, Assembler.
