Ulusal ve Uluslararası Voleybol Hakemlerinin Karar Verme Stillerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye Voleybol Liglerinde görev alan Ulusal ve Uluslararası Voleybol Hakemlerinin karar verme stillerinin bazı değişkenlere göre değerlendirilmesidir. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın örneklemini Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu tarafından düzenlenen 2017-2018 yılı sezon öncesi Hakem ve Gözlemci Gelişim Seminerine katılan ve Türkiye'nin çeşitli illerinde görev yapan; 19 Uluslararası, 353 Ulusal voleybol hakemi oluşturmaktır. Bu çalışmada voleybol hakemlerine, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılmış olan 'Melbourne Karar Verme Ölçeği I-II' uygulanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ve hesaplanmış değerlerin bulunmasında SPSS 22.0 istatistik paket program kullanılmıştır. Normallik sınamasına göre, veriler normal dağılım göstermiştir. İkili grup karşılaştırmalarda t. testi, ikiden çok karşılaştırmalarda tek yönlü varyans analizi f. testi, ve farklılığın hangi gruptan olduğunu belirlemek için LSD testi yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada hata düzeyi 0.05 olarak alınmıştır. Bulgular: Türkiye Voleybol Liglerinde görev alan Ulusal ve Uluslararası voleybol hakemlerinin karar vermede öz saygı ( kendine güven ) ve karar verme stilleri arasında cinsiyet, yaş, hakemlik seviyesi, hakemlik yılı, medeni durum, gelir düzeyi, herhangi bir spor dalıyla uğraşma, yaşadıkları yerleşim yeri ve yaptıkları meslek değişkenlerine göre, anlamlı bir farklılaşmanın olmadığı saptanmıştır(p>0,05).Araştırmada hakemlerinin eğitim düzeyi değişkenine göre karar vermede öz saygıda (kendine güven) anlamlı bir fark bulunurken (p<0,05) karar verme stilleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır(p>0,05). Sonuç: Eğitim düzeyine göre karar vermede öz saygıda lisansüstü eğitim alan ulusal ve uluslararası hakemlerin, lise mezunu olanlardan puanlarının anlamlı şekilde yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Eğitim seviyesi arttıkça öz saygı (kendine güven) seviyesinin de yükseldiğini söyleyebiliriz. Hakemlerin bu nedenle lisansüstü eğitim yapmalarının daha faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir. Aim: The aim of this research in Turkey Volleyball League duties in the style of national and international volleyball referee decision is evaluated according to certain variables. Material and Method: The years 2017-2018 sample of the Volleyball Federation of Turkey organized by the Observer Research and Development Seminar referee who attended the pre-season and working in various provinces of Turkey; 19 International, 353 National volleyball referees to create. In this study, Melbourne Decision Making Scale I-II was applied to volleyball referees. SPSS 22.0 statistical package program was used to evaluate the data and to find the calculated values. According to the normality test, the data showed normal distribution. In this study, the error level was taken as 0.05. Results: Turkey Volleyball involved in League National and self-respect in the decision-making of international volleyball referee (self-confidence) and decision-making styles between gender, age, refereeing level, arbitration years, marital status, income level, dealing with any sport, the locality where they live, and their It was found that there was no significant differentiation according to occupational variables (p>0.05). While there was a significant difference in self-esteem (self-confidence) in decision making according to the level of education of the referees (p<0,05), there was no statistically significant difference between decision-making styles (p>0.05). Conclusion: National and international referees who received post-graduate education in self-esteem in terms of education level were found to be significantly higher than those with high school graduates. As the level of education increases, the level of self-esteem also increases. Therefore, it is considered that it would be more beneficial for the referees to conduct postgraduate studies.
