dc.description.abstractNeutrophil adherence immediately after delivery and after incubation with saline and with two different concentrations of dexamethasone was studied in umbilical cord blood of 27 full-term neonates. Dexamethasone was not found to have any significant effect on neutrophil adherence in vitro.en_US
