Abstract
IV SAMSUN-ORDU KIYI ŞERİDİNDE DENİZ KİRLİLİĞİNİN İNCELENMESİ VE KİRLİLİK BİRİKİMİNİN MİDYE ÖRNEĞİNDE ARAŞTIRILMASI ÖZET Bu çalışmada Samsun-Ordu kıyı şeridine ait altı plajdan alınan su örneklerinde deniz kirliliği araştırması yapılmıştır, örnek alınan plajlar Samsun'da Yakakent, Kumcağız, Sahilkent ve Altınkum plajları Ordu'da ise Dolunay ve Efirli plajlarıdır, örnekler, 1997-Haziran, 1997-Temmuz ve 1998-Haziran olmak üzere üç kez alınmıştır. Bu araştırmada deniz suyunda kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik analizlerin yanı sıra deniz kirlilik seviyesinin belirlenmesinde farklı yöntemler de denenmiştir. Araştırmanın diğer bir amacı, yine aynı bölgeye ait deniz kirliliğinin farklı bir yöntemle incelenmesi olup bu amaca ulaşmak için biyomonitör organizma olarak midyelerden mytilus galloprovincialis seçilmiştir. Deniz suyu örneklerinde incelenen parametreler pH, BOİ, KOİ, Toplam Fosfor, Amonyak Azotu, Fekal Koliform, Fekal Streptekok olmakla birlikte ağır metallerden bakır, kobalt, krom, kadmiyum, mangan ve kurşun analizleri yapılmıştır. Aynı ağır metal analizleri sindirme(yaş yakma) yöntemi kullanılarak midye dokusunda da gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca biyomonitör olarak seçilen midyelerde nötral red yöntemi kullanılarak deniz kirliliği araştırması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler 1380 sayılı Su Ürünleri Kanunu'nda yer alan 'Alıcı Ortama Ait Kabul Edilebilir Değerler' ile karşılaştırılarak değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. INVESTIGATION of SEA POLLUTİON In SEA-COAST BETWEEN SAMSUN-ORDU and SEARCHING of POLLUTION ACCUMULATION in MUSSEL SAMPLES ABSTRACT In this work, sea pollution investigation was performed in water samples which were collected from six beaches in the sea-coast between Samsun-Ordu. Beaches from which the samples collected are Yakakent, Kumcağız, Sahilkent and Altınkum in Samsun coast and Dolunay and Efirli in Ordu coast. The samples, as in historical order June-1997, July-1997 and June-1998 were taken three times. In this investigation 'neutral red method' have been tried as a different method for the determination of the sea pollution level together with chemical and microbiological analysis of the sea water. Another aim of this research was again to investigate the sea pollution belonging to the same region and to get to this aim mytilus galloprovincialis from mussels was chosen as a biomonitoring organism. Parameters investigated in the sea-water are pH, BOD, COD, total phosphorus, ammonia-N, fecal-coliform and fecal-streptococcus and copper, cobalt, chromium, cadmium, manganese and lead were also analyzed as heavy metals. The same heavy metal analysis were also performed in mussel tissue using the digestion method. Also the sea pollution investigation was performed using the neutral-red method with the mussels which were chosen as biomonitor. Data obtained were interpreted by comparing with 'the acceptable values for receiving place' which takes place in the law of water products, numbered 1380.
