Milli Eğitim Şuralarında Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitim (1939-1974)

Abstract

Cumhuriyetle birlikte eğitim sisteminin düzenlenmesi ve süreç içerisinde geliştirilmesi için önemli çalışmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Milli eğitim şuraları, bu çalışmalara önemli katkılar sunmuştur.1939 yılından itibaren toplanmaya başlayan şuralar eğitim sisteminin, toplumun ihtiyaçlarına cevap verecek bir duruma getirilmesi, eğitimin temel problemlerine çözüm yolları bulunması için çaba harcamış ve bu doğrultuda tavsiye niteliğinde önemli kararlar almıştır. Milli Eğitim şuralarında sıkça gündem olan konulardan biri de mesleki ve teknik eğitimdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı 1939 ile1974 yılları arasında toplanan dokuz şurada mesleki ve teknik eğitimle ilgili alınan kararları tespit etmek ve sonuçlarını değerlendirmektir

Essence Together with the Republic important studies have been carried out in order to organize the education system and to develop it in the process. National education councils have made significant contributions to these studies. National Education Councils that starting to gather since 1939, have spent efforts to bring the education system to a situation that will respond to the needs of the society and to find solutions to the basic problems of education. Vocational and technical education is one of the issues that are frequently on the agenda of national education councils. The aim of this study is to determine the decisions taken about vocational and technical education and to evaluate the results of these nine councils between the years 1939 and 1974.
