Abstract
Bu çalışma, bazı silajlık sorgum x sudan otu çeşitlerinin Samsun ilinin Atakum ve Vezirköprü ilçesi ekolojik koşullarında verim ve bazı kalite özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla, 2010 yılında yürütülmüştür. Denemede bitki materyali olarak 7 adet sorgum x sudan otu melezi kullanılmıştır.Araştırma tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür.İki lokasyonda yeşil ot verimi, kuru ot verimi, kuru madde oranı, ham protein oranı, ham protein verimi, Ca, P, K ve Mg mineralleri ile ADF, NDF, Ca/P, RFV ve K/(Ca+Mg) oranları incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler varyans analizi ve Duncan çoklu karşılaştırma testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. En yüksek yeşil ot ve kuru ot verimi Jumbo sorgum x sudan otu çeşidinden Atakum lokasyonunda sırasıyla dekara 8830.5 ve 3212.0 kg ile Vezirköprü lokasyonunda 6457.5 ve 2131.0 kg elde edilmiş ve çeşitler arasında yeşil ot ve kuru ot verimi bakımından çok önemli farklılık bulunmuştur.Lokasyonlardaki her iki hasadın toplam ham protein verimlerinin ortalamaları açısından en yüksek verim dekara 217.9 ve 216.4 kg'lık verimleriyle Nes ve N.3.71-2 sorgum x sudan otu melezi çeşitlerinden elde edilmiştir.Nispi yem değeri açısından her iki lokasyonda da Nes, Leoti ve Greengo çeşitleri en yüksek değerlere sahip olmuşlardır.Denemeden elde edilen bir yıllık araştırma sonuçları göstermiştir ki Samsun ekolojik koşullarında sorgum yetiştiriciliğinde yaş ve kuru ot verimi, toplam ham protein verimi, nispi yem değeri ve diğer özellikler göz önüne alındığında Nes çeşidi önerilebilir. This study was conducted to determine the yields and some quality characteristics of sorghum x sudan grass hybrid raised at Atakum and Vezirköprü locations under Samsun City conditions in 2010. Seven sorghum x sudan grass cultivars were used as plant material.The study was designed according to the split plot design in ?Randomized complete Blocks? as three replications.Fresh herbage yield, forage yield, dry matter ratio, crude protein ratio, crude protein yield, certain mineral contents (Ca, P, K, Mg), ADF, NDF, Ca/P, RFV and K/(Ca+Mg) ratio were investigated in two locations. The data were evaluated by using the variance analysis and the average values were separated by using Duncan?s test. The highest herbage and hay yields were obtained from Jumbo sorghum x sudan grass cultivar (8830.5 and 3212.0 kg/da in Atakum location and 6457.5 and 2131 kg/da in Vezirköprü location and very significant differences were found between varieties in terms of herbage and hay yields.In terms of the total harvest, the highest crude protein yields were obtained from Nes and N.3.71-2 sorghum x sudan grass cultivar (217.9 kg/da and 216.4 kg/da, respectively).Nes, Leoti and Greengo cultivars had highest of relative feed values in each two locations.As a result, one year research results indicated that Nes cultivar can be proposed for sorghum cultivation under Samsun ecological conditions when the higher hay and fresh fodder yields, total crude protein yields, the relative feed value and other characteristics were taken into consideration.
