Publication: Rızaeddin B. Fahreddin ve Fıkhî Görüşleri
Abstract
Modern dönem 'İslamî Yenileşme' hareketleri, genellikle Osmanlı, Mısır ve Hint/Pakistan alt-kıtasındaki oluşumlarla bahse konu yapılır. Bu oluşumlardan büyük ölçüde etkilenmekle beraber, kendine özgü yanlarıyla da dikkat çeken İdil-Ural Bölgesi yenilikçiliği, zaman ve zemini itibari ile farklı pratiklere tanıklık etmiştir. Bu çalışmada XIX. yüzyıldaki dinî düşüncelerin yeniden gözden geçirilmesi şeklinde başlayan İdil-Ural Tatar reform hareketine değinilecek ve bu hareketi savunmakla temayüz etmiş olan aydınlardan Rızaeddin b. Fahreddin incelenecektir. Araştırmamız giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; İdil-Ural Müslümanları ve tarihi süreç ele alınacak, Müslümanların genel ve dinî durumlarına temas edilecek, özellikle Rızaeddin b. Fahreddin'in yaşadığı dönemde entelektüel çevreyle olan ilişkisine ve dönemin bazı meşhur aydınlarına yer verilecektir. İkinci bölümde; Rızaeddin b. Fahreddin'in hayatı, bazı önemli faaliyetleri ve ilmî kişiliği, sonrasında tespit edebildiğimiz kadarıyla fıkıh, kelam, tarih, biyografi ve eğitim gibi birçok alana dair yazdığı eserlerinden bahsedilecektir. Üçüncü bölümde; Rızaeddin b. Fahreddin'in usul ve füru'a ait bazı görüşlerine yer verilecek, bununla beraber bu görüşlerin Rusya Müslümanları özelinde sahadaki fıkhî pratiklerine değinilecektir. Sonuç kısmında ise yapmış olduğumuz çalışmadan elde edilen neticeler ifade edilecektir.
Modern period 'Islamic reformation' movements are generally discussed with the formations under the Ottoman Empire, Egypt and Indian/Pakistan. Alongside being affected by these formations to a great extent, Idel-Ural region reforms, which stand out with its distinctive characteristics, bear witness to different practices in terms of time and place. In this study, Idel-Ural Tatar reform movements, which start as re-review of religious thought, will be examined, and Ridauddin b. Fahruddin who excelled at defending this reformation movement and other important intellectuals will be mentioned. Our research consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the first part, Idil-Ural Muslims and their history will be discussed, and the general religious status of Muslims will be touched on, especially his relationship with the intellectual environment and some famous intellectuals of the period will be included. In the second part, Ridhauddin b. Fakhruddin's life, some of his important activities and his scholarly identity will be mentioned, and his works on Islamic law, theology, history, biography and education will be covered as far as we can identify. In the third part, some of Ridhauddin b. Fakhruddin's views regarding the principles and branches of Islamic jurisprudence will be included together with the legal practices of these views in the Muslim society in Russia. In conclusion, the results obtained from our study will be expressed.
