Abstract
Kivi yetiştiriciliğinde budama ve seyreltme uygulamalarının verim ve kaliteye etkilerini ortaya koymak amacıyla yürütülen bu çalışmada, 3 budama uzunluğu (BU) 5 göz, 8 göz ve 12 göz olarak ve 6 meyve/yaprak oranı (M/Y) seyreltmesi 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 ve 1/6 olarak uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada fenolojik, morfolojik ve pomolojik gözlem ve analizler 2 yıl süre ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre meyve/yaprak oranı yönünden en yüksek değerler; sürgün uzunluğu gelişim hızı, verim H.O. (hast olumu) SÇKM ve H.O. TEA için 1/1 M/Y; C vitamini ve Y.O. ( yeme olumu) SÇKM için 1/2 M/Y; sürgün çapı gelişim hızı, yaprak yaş ve kuru ağırlığı, toplam yaprak alanı, meyve ağırlığı ve Y.O. meyve kabuk ve et rengi için 1/5 M/Y; meyve başına düşen yaprak alanı, meyve eti sertliği, meyve çapı ve boyu, Y.O. TEA ve H.O. meyve kabuk ve et rengi için 1/6 M/Y oranından elde edilmiştir. Budama uzunluğu yönünden en yüksek değerler; sürgün uzunluğu gelişim hızı Y.O. meyve kabuk ve et rengi ve Y.O. SÇKM için 5 göz BU; sürgün çapı gelişim hızı, toplam yaprak kuru ağırlığı, toplam ve meyve başına düşen yaprak alanı, meyve boyu, H.O. SÇKM, Y.O. ve H.O. TEA için 8 göz BU; toplam yaprak yaş ağırlığı, verim, meyve ağırlığı, meyve çapı, meyve eti sertliği, C vitamini ve H.O. meyve kabuk ve et rengi için 12 göz BU'dan elde edilmiştir. Uygulamalar birlikte ele alındığında, 8 göz BU ve 1/5 ile 1/6 M/Y oranları en olumlu sonuç veren uygulamalar olarak belirlenmiştir.
In this research, in kiwi growing was aimed to assert the effects of applications pruning and thinning on yield and quality. In the study in order to for indicating these effects, 3 pruning lengths (PL) (5 buds, 8 buds and 12 buds) and 6 fruit / leaf ratios (1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 and 1/6) were applied. Phenological, morphological and pomological observations and analyzes were carried out for 2 years. According to result the research values the highest of fruit/leaf ratio; growth rate of shoot length, yield, Harvest Brix and Harvest TA 1/1 F/L, Maturing Brix and vitamin C 1/2 F/L, growth rate of shoot diameter, leaf wet weight, leaf dry weight, total leaf area, fruit weight and maturing fruit crust and pulp colors 1/5 F/L, leaf area per fruit, fruit diameter and length, fruit meat hardness, Maturing TA and Harvest fruit crust and flesh colors 1/6 F / L ratio were determined. The highest values for pruning length; shoot length growth rate, maturing fruit crust and flesh colors and maturing brix were determined form 5 buds PL. Growth rate of shoot diameter, leaf dry weight, total leaf area, leaf area per fruit, fruit length, harvest brix, harvest TA and maturing TA were determined form 8 buds PL. Leaf wet weight, yield, fruit weight, fruit diameter, fruit tightness, Harvest fruit crust and flesh colors and vitamin C were obtained from 12 bud PL. When the applications are considered with, 8 buds PS and 1/5-1/6 F/L rates are seen as the most positive applications.
