Abstract

In this research, we tried determine the inadquacies and problems of 'The Interpretation Lessons 'which are taught in 'The İmam Hatip Lisesi' In addition to this, we asked the teachers and the students in the subjects in 'The Interpretation Lessons 'are necessary and taught in the standart levels. To get out these aims, we prepared aquestionnaire which is formed in two sections. In the first section, the teachers and the students were asked about the present program of 'The Interpretation Lesson'. In the second section, the teachers and the students answered the questions which help us to find out the knowledge that should be in 'The Interpretation Programme' rather than just in the present programme. As a result, both the teachers and the students pointed out that the subjects in 'Interpretation Programme' have a lot of inadquacies and problems and they suggested altering the interpretation programme.
