Saksı ve Masurada Yetiştirilen Maviyemiş (Vaccinium Corymbosum L.) Çeşitlerinin Gelişme ve Verim Özelliklerinin Saptanması

Abstract

Bu çalışma 2017 yılında Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama alanında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada 5 farklı yüksek boylu maviyemiş çeşidi ('Bluecrop', 'Brigitta', 'Denise Blue', 'Patriot' ve 'Bluegold') açık alanda saksıda ve yükseltilmiş masuralarda yetiştirilerek fenolojik safhaları, bitkisel ve meyve özellikleri ile büyüme, gelişme, verim ve kalite özellikleri tespit edilmiştir. Yetiştirme koşullarına göre; bitki boyu bakımından saksıda yetiştirilen 'Patriot' çeşidi 110.40 cm ile en iyi gelişme gösteren çeşit iken 'Bluecrop' çeşidi 11.33 adet sürgün ile en fazla sürgün veren çeşit olmuştur. Saksıda yetiştirilen 'Denise Blue' çeşidi ocak genişliği (91.16 cm), toplam verim (955.14 g/bitki) ve meyve ağırlığı (2.72 g) bakımından öne çıkarken saksıda yetiştirilen 'Bluecrop' çeşidi çiçek tomurcuğu sayısı (114.07 adet/bitki), 'Brigitta' çeşidi ise meyve sertliği (88.68 N) ve asitlik değeri (%11.96) bakımından en yüksek değerleri verirken saksıda yetiştirilen 'Patriot' çeşidindeki SÇKM (%12.43) içeriği de diğerlerinden daha yüksek olmuştur. This study was carried out in 2017 in Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Agriculture Research and Application Centre. In the study, 5 different northern highbush blueberry cultivars ('Bluecrop', 'Brigitta', 'Denise Blue', 'Patriot' and 'Bluegold') were grown in pots with acidic peatmoss and raised beds prepared in open field conditions with different acidic character media. Their phenological stages, growth, development, yield and berry chemical and quality characteristics were determined. According to the growing conditions; Patriot grown in pots gave the highest shoot height (110.40 cm) and it was the best developed cultivar. Bluecrop gave the highest shoot number per bush (11.33 shoots). 'Denise Blue' was the most prominent in terms of crown width (91.16 cm). 'Bluecrop' gave the highest number of flower buds (114.07) per crown. 'Denise Blue' planted in pots gave the highest values in terms of the total yield (955.14 g/plant) and fruit weight (2.72 g). 'Brigitta' grown in pots gave the highest fruit firmness (88.68 N) and acidity (11.96%). In terms of TSS (12.43%), 'Patriot' planted in the raised-bed was prominent.
