Denetimli Serbestlik Sisteminde Eğitim ve İyileştirme Faaliyetinin Etkinliği; Giresun Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Giresun Denetimli Serbestlik Müdürlüğü'ndeki 150 hükümlünün kendi deneyimlerinden ve kendi ifadelerinden yola çıkarak, denetimli serbestlik sürecinde yapılan eğitim ve iyileştirme çalışmalarının katkılarının neler olduğunu anlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Eğitim ve iyileştirme faaliyetleri kapsamında yapılan çalışmalar, suçlunun topluma uyumlu bir birey olmasını, aile hayatında ve sosyal çevresinde olumlu gelişmeler yaşanmasına olanak sağlamıştır. Eğitim ve İyileştirme faaliyeti kapsamında yapılan çalışmaların gerçek anlamda etkin olması durumunda, suçlunun toplumsal sürece adapte olması sağlanacak ve toplumsal alanda bir bütünlük ortaya çıkacaktır. Giresun Denetimli Serbestlik Müdürlüğü'nde eğitim ve iyileştirme faaliyetleri kapsamında yapılan çalışmaların genel olarak amacına ulaştığı söylenebilir. Yapılan çalışmalarda çeşitliğin artırılması durumunda, hükümlülerin denetimli serbestlik sürecindeki eğitim ve iyileştirme faaliyetlerinden daha etkin ve verimli bir şekilde faydalanacağı düşünülebilir.

This study aims to understand the contributions of education and improvement studies carried out in probation process based on the self expression and experiences of 150 convicts in Giresun Probation Department. The studies carried out within the scope of training and improvement activities have enabled the convict to be a harmonious individual and to have positive developments in the family life and social environment. If the activities carried out within the scope of the Training and Improvement activity are truly effective, the convict will be adapted to the social process and a social unity will emerge. It can be said that the studies carried out within the scope of training and improvement activities in Giresun Probation Department generally reached its aim. In the studies conducted, it can be thought that if the diversity is increased, the convicts will benefit from the training and improvement activities in the probation process more effectively and efficiently.
