İlk Üç Romanıyla Iraklı Edip ve Şair Ahmed Sa'dâvî

Abstract

Tarih boyunca ilim ve edebiyat alanında birçok önemli şahsiyete ev sahipliği yapan Irak topraklarında, Arap edebiyatının yeni döneminde de önemli şahsiyetler yetişmiştir. Bu çalışmada, eserlerinin başarısı Arap dünyasını aşarak uluslararası seviyelere ulaşan Iraklı edip ve şair Ahmed Sa'dâvî'nin romancılığı, yazarın bu türde verdiği ilk üç eser tahlil edilerek ortaya konulacaktır. Eserlerinde Irak gerçeklerini konu edinen yazar, ülkesinin yirminci yüzyılın son çeyreği ve yirmi birinci yüzyılın başlarında yaşadığı olaylara ışık tutmaktadır. Sa'dâvî'nin romanları özgün kurgusu, gerçeklerin fantastik unsurlarla mezcedilmesi ve kullanılan anlatım tekniklerinin çeşitliliği gibi birtakım özellikleri ile uluslarası seviyede okuyucu kitlesinin dikkatini çekmiştir. Yazarın eserlerini doğru anlayabilmek için çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Irak'ın yakın tarihi özetle anlatılmış, özellikle yazarın romanlarına konu olan Saddam dönemi ve sonrasındaki olaylara vurgu yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Irak romanının gelişim aşamaları, bu türün Irak'ta gelişmesinde öne çıkan şahsiyetler ve eserleri ele alınmıştır. Aynı bölümde Ahmed Sa'dâvî'nin hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve tüm eserleri hakkında ayrıntılı bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise yazarın roman türünde verdiği ilk üç eser, el-Beledü'l-Cemîl, İnnehû Yahlümü ev Yel'abü ev Yemûtü ve Frankeştayn fî Bağdâd romanları, alanda yazılmış modern tahlil kaynakları dikkate alınarak şekil ve muhteva bakımından incelenmiştir. Son olarak, yazarın romancılığı hakkında ulaşılan birtakım genellemeler ve eserleriyle vermek istediği mesajlar sonuç bölümünde ifade edilmiştir. In this study, the success of his works will be revealed by analyzing the first three works of the author in this genre, and the novelism of the Iraqi poet Ahmed Saadawi, whose success exceeded the Arab world and reached international levels. The author, who deals with the realities of Iraq in his works, sheds light on the events his country went through in the last quarter of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century. Saadawi's novels have attracted the attention of the international readership with some features such as the original fiction, the interplay of the facts with fantastic elements and the variety of expression techniques used. In order to understand the author's works correctly, in the first part of the study, the recent history of Iraq is briefly explained, and especially the events of the Saddam period and afterwards, which are the subject of the author's novels, are emphasized. In the second chapter, the development stages of the Iraqi novel, the prominent figures in the development of this genre in Iraq and their works are discussed. In the same section, detailed information about Ahmed Saadawi's life, literary personality and all his works are given. In the third part of the study, the first three works of the author in the genre of novel, The Beautiful Country, Indeed He Dreams or Plays or Dies and Frankenstein in Baghdad were examined in terms of form and content, taking into account the modern analysis sources written in the field. Finally, some generalizations about the author's novelism and the messages he wants to give with his works are expressed in the conclusion section.
